Returns/Exchanges

We hope that you're fully satisfied with your purchase...if you need to return your item(s), please read our policies below.

We will NOT accept items returned without original tags, items which show signs of tags being tampered with, show signs of wear or use, are damaged/stained by customer, etc. If items are returned in these conditions, they will be considered "donated" items and no refund will be processed. 

INSTORE PURCHASES
Regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 14 days from the date of purchase. Sale items are final sale. 

ONLINE PURCHASES

Full Priced Items : May be returned within 7 days of receipt for refund less a 15% restocking fee, and up to 14 days for store credit.

SALE Items All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE
NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT will be offered for FINAL SALE items.

Holiday Items : Above policies apply. Items become FINAL SALE on day of the holiday, no returns will be accepted after that date.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from ALL refunded / cancelled orders. Shipping charges to mail items back to us are the customers responsibility. If we send you the wrong item, we will, of course, refund the shipping amount.


NOTE : Damaged or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 3 days from package receipt otherwise we are unable to process an exchange / refund for the item(s).
